The fabrication of the Herzog nozzle products takes place exclusively in Herzog’s own purpose fitted production facility. The individual parts are manufactured using modern machines with up to 9 controllable axes. 

In order to preserve that we meet our customers merchandise demands and schedules, we have a production planning system in place and large quantities of semi-finished products on stock. Our works manager Thomas Abramowski and his team endeavour to fulfil the customer specific requirements. Special attention is given to our quality philosophy, which we have secured in our certified ISO9001 system. This is supported through qualified staff and the targeted application of the appropriate resources (appliances, instruction).
